For University of Pittsburgh computers

Please submit a support ticket through the Pitt Help Desk to:

  • Request help to fix a Pitt computer hardware issue
  • Reset password for Pitt sponsored account
  • Troubleshoot Pitt software issues
  • Troubleshoot Pitt network connectivity problems
  • Dispose and retire hardware assets
