  • Provision a new OAC-managed database or file share on the UPMC network
  • Modify permissions for an OAC-managed database or file share
  • Report UPMC server performance issues or connectivity errors
  • Request a file restore from an OAC-managed backup
  • All other server requests
For University of Pittsburgh computers

Please submit a support ticket through the Technology Help Desk to:
